Canada sending additional $8M to Cuba

Amid the “quite grave and quite serious” humanitarian situation in Cuba, Canada is sending an additional $8 million on top of its existing support for the country, secretary of state for international development Randeep Sarai said.

So the USA has Cuba surrounded like Venezuala and we are sending money. Anyone know why?

The question that everyone needs to ask is who protected Maduro and where did that protection go and why is it that Canada is propping up this regime. What is the urgency to prop up Cuba and what benefit does Cuba play to Carney and frens new world order
