There's definitely a "type" for blue collar. When I worked in Fort McMurray, I could reasonably guess how a person would act based entirely on what his specialty/position was.

Check out Sean Madden on Youtube. Hilarious troll interviews but gives you a good idea of what sorts of questions are being asked.
