The order violated her constitutional right but that didnt matter cause of the pandemic??? The province never made this a law only a mandate far as i can tell. What the heck is happening to our courts?

The travel restrictions were authorized by the Public Health Protection and Promotion Act (PHPPA).

d01tg0d0wnIt expands / codifies government power so there’s a judgement, if it restricted government or put them at a disadvantage to argue in the future it would be ‘moot’ and thrown out. Cute.

@d01tg0d0wn they'll use the Indian (father) land as their garbage dump they will just want to live in the best part of Canada. You probably won’t notice much difference from now, though.
