I'm not convinced the global IQ scores we all have seen are accurate. I think in poorer non-White countries, many of the low IQ scores come down to poor nutrition and not necessarily bad genetics (though that exists too). Also, I imagine the people with high-IQ vacate the area and move to bigger cities. When finding samples of these groups of people to test average IQ, I think there's implicit bias that isn't properly dealt with in the samples taken nor are enough samples conducted.
This is especially true of Jewish IQ and Chinese IQ samples. China is vast with significant differences in Chinese people from different areas. There's no way their average reported is of all Chinese. It seems like it's probably more like some samples taken from Shanghai in an area known for having more highly-educated people which correlates with higher IQ. I think the same is true of the Jewish IQ that circulates. I've met two jewish guys over the years and both of them were extremely stupid. One was a truck driver and the other was a social worker. Yet, when we think jews we normally think of all the bankers, lawyers, doctors and politicians festering in the backbone of our institutions. I think the sample of jews taken to measure jewish IQ probably has an inherit bias into being these sorts of jews rather than truly getting a grasp on the average IQ of jews.
There's also issues with IQs of White people because many people don't properly define White and consider some obvious middle-eastern mongrel with Italian citizenship or indigenous mongrel from Mexico who moved to Texas to be considered White which drives down the average IQ of White people. I think you'd find if you returned your IQ testing of pure Whites, it would be higher than 100 (or what it is considered to be today).
Also, it has been pointed out that IQ tests have gotten easier over time but many of the tests cross-compare IQ tests across time periods as if results 50 years ago are equally cross-comparable to results today when they aren't
