A long time ago he wrote a book, "The Art of the Deal" or something like that, and he's only had a lot more experience since then.
 
And everyone acts like he didn't outline his negotiating strategy in meticulous detail in that book, and that every time he does something like this it's totally irrational and not exactly what he says he's going to do.
 
For the most part, it's the Fake News propaganda that foments the lie that Trump is totally irrational. Trump likes to use that to his advantage. It just makes the loony left TDS sufferers look even loonier when they come out to riot, terrorize civilians, and attack law enforcement. It's just the kind of justification Trump needs to bring in the military. By the time Trump brings in the military to take care of the problem, most American's will be demanding it and thankful. Clean and swift. He's a frickin' genius.
 
I've heard that the 21st century will be known as the "Asian century". I thought that's bullshit, but it seems that countries all over the world are open to work with China and make them the only superpower more than ever. And things like that will accelerate it.
 
Well China isn't tariffing China, I wonder if Trump will say "Good for them" when they make a deal with China too?

Why are the nations of Europe so resistant to the USA taking Greenland. Dont they benefit from the USA via defence and in other sectors? I dont get the resistance? Well actually i do if Greenland is something more to them then we all know? More time is needed to understand the situation but the fact Carney is freaking out gives me intense joy. I would rather the USA be our neighbour then China anyday and i also would rather that Canada be inngood standing as we have always been with the USA. Carney wants the woke and the green agenda which makes no sense. USA is against woke and the green agenda as well as censorship and is for the protection of Christians and Christian exceptionalism. Time for people to pick a side as we see the evil. USA is our culture and way of life. If evil wins we lose our way of life and our culture.

Why is Trump so instant on "owning" Greenland? For security purposes Trump can do whatever he wants the way things are now, this seems just like some kind of psycho ego trip, there is no other logical explanation for it. (Although I'm sure the Trump Choir will try to come up with one.)

I remember when my father first went online in the late 1990s and would leave comments in political forums in which most of the nouns were capitalized, e.g. "this Legislation is a great Injustice" etc. I assume this is a Boomer habit, but I have no idea why they do it

@d01tg0d0wn: My father and I were both members of a BBS based in Toronto whose moderators, even way back then, were crazy SJWs imposing ruthless censorship of any remotely right-of-centre political opinion. My dad didn't post nearly as often as I did (I was young and even more full of piss and vinegar than I am now) but when he did he'd do the Trump thing of capitalizing every other noun in his message, almost as if he were a native German speaker

@d01tg0d0wn Trump is doing everything he can to save Western Civilization and the world at large. It can't be a perfectly clean process, but all things considered, he's been doing an exceptionally brilliant job in my not-so-humble opinion.

Once u see the patterns and players and there are many it just gets old fast and as free thinkers we cant be / wont be put in a mental trap or box.

I for one want a fair playing field. I am not stupid however and know we most likely never will have one. To make the playing field fair or to create balance i think being able to spot the tactics being used to manipulate free thought and game the direction of those thoughts need to be exposed and a spotlight placed on those that wish to game your minds.

Some people act like Greenlanders will be put in chains and camps if the US takes ownership.

It’s very clear that the lines of what is western civilization are being redrawn and whatever that means I just hope we land inside the line and not out of it. If the americas are united under one banner then go isolationist and away from the rest of the world, while yes that’s a bigger nation, it’s still not globalism. That is in a nutshell what I see happening. Frankly, thinking long term it’s either that or everyone gets the illusion of many nations and cultures but in fact will be under the thumb of a United Nations style world government where limp wristed Europeans will somehow get to dictate me needing a TV license

Lol, "Caligula dindu nuffin!!" is a new one to me. If even a tenth of what was written about him by Roman historians (and what other sources do we have for that time period?) was true he was one of history's greatest tyrants, but then again tyrants always find many apologists in later ages
 
Once again, everything that's been recorded about him was spun by hostile contemporary sources to make him sound like a despot. Even the things that are true can be easily explained.

He never made his horse a consul, for example: he just told every Senator and patrician at his banquet table that his horse would make a better consul than any of them, and that was recorded as a sign of insanity rather than the epic roast that it was.
