It would've been far more constructive for God to have struck down George Floyd with his fentanyl overdose half an hour before his encounter with Officer Chauvin so that the dozens of lives and millions of dollars worth of property lost in the BLM riots could have been spared (and Chauvin himself could have remained a free man)
