Levantine people aren't "white" as we usually understand the term in the sense of being northern European, but a lot of them could at least be called white-adjacent -- some Palestinians and Syrians are surprisingly fair-skinned and fair-haired, for example, though there is a lot of genetic variation among those populations.
One thing people in the Holy Land definitely are not is black, though the Left goes to great lengths every year to suggest that Jesus must have been a "person of colour" (because white people are evil, and Jesus was good, therefore Jesus couldn't possibly have been white)
