The program is for anyone 19+ who is voluntarily accessing services and for those who are detoxing from alcohol, who have a caregiver who can be available at all times during the first 72 hours.
The program helps people in Surrey, Langley, White Rock and Delta.
Although anyone eligible can participate in the program, it is tailored for the South Asian community. Staff speak English, Punjabi and Hindi.

I wonder if it affects them as badly as it does Natives? I can't imagine too many Indians have ancestors who became inured to drinking booze over the past two millennia the way northern Europeans did
