Here we go again with 911 problems. At least they decided to use an optional English name this time/
Additionally, this bridge's landing is right at the old Riverview site. Which, at one time, was an lockdown-style mental facility. I can only imaging how PTSD-triggering it would be traversing this bridge towards the old site, to someone who may have spent time locked up there.
Also, I wonder how much tax money was spent to some up with that failure name? My guess is $30,000

The Port Mann Bridge in Surrey got replaced 20 years ago. The new crossing is called The Port Mann Bridge
It was named after the community of Port Mann

The Pattullo Bridge in Surrey gets replaced. The new crossing is called The stal̕əw̓asəm Bridge
It was named in honour of Thomas Dufferin Pattullo, the 22nd Premier of British Columbia.

(Let me guess, Thomas Dufferin Pattullo was white?)
