On Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 8:16 p.m., the victim called police to report three masked men were at her door identifying themselves as police officers. As officers attended the residence, in the area of Warden Avenue and Enterprise Boulevard, they observed a white sport utility vehicle speeding away.

Officers were able to contain the vehicle and after a short foot pursuit, all three suspects were arrested and a firearm was seized.

Charged:
  • Aquille Kadeem MALCOLM, 27, of City of Toronto
  • Roy Joseph GOUVEIA, 24, of Durham Region
  • Miracle OSAMUYI, 24, of Toronto
Charges:

  • Robbery using Restricted or Prohibited Firearm
  • Disguise with Intent
  • Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Firearm with Ammunition
  • Personating Peace Officer
  • Fail to Comply with a Judicial Release Order (all three accused)
  • Fail to Comply with a Probation Order x2 (MALCOLM only)
At the time of this offence, all three were bound by a Judicial Release Order for unrelated offences. MALCOLM was also on probation.
