NO WE DIDN'T. Go fuck yourself. None of the shit that's been forced on us has ever been up for a vote. It's never even been discussed. People don't even know what a SMART City is. I talk to people about it all the time. No one knows. Even when you explain it to them, they don't understand it. Most people don't know what a LIDAR camera is or how it can be used against them.
