No we don’t. The other thing that is being glossed over is that we spent over a billion dollars and there are only 485 of them left in hotels. That means every other “asylum seeker” has been given permanent housing. The number of billions spent on these people is way more than 1 and we’ve settled thousands of Africans in our communities with no oversight. It’s not just about the hotels. We should be outraged at the whole process.
