TVA’s “Face-à-Face” French-language leaders’ debate reaches an average of 1.3 million viewers, according to its parent company, Quebecor Media. That’s not an insignificant TV viewing audience in Canada. Carney’s political inexperience, awkward performances with reporters at press conferences and inability to check his ego and filter his responses, has likely led his handlers to reduce any opportunity for his “volcanic temper,” as the former economics editor for the UK’s left-wing Guardian newspaper put it, to erupt at the wrong time.

Carney definitely has that look about him. He's a creepy mothefucker.
 
I see the face of a crackhead. Now he might not be actively engaging in the habit anymore but something about his teeth and the way he purses his lips tells me this is a man well acquainted with the glass dick.
 
Such a clear demonstration of how quickly a mass formation happens. Nothing about the guy is compelling or intriguing. He looks like the live action Mr. Burns.
 
He's well educated and a very high banking credentials. That can be compelling and intriguing when people are afraid of economic issues. People will equate "bank governor" with "knowing what to do with the economy". It's wrong, they are largely unrelated fields, but it's an easy mistake to make.
