This is absolutely the right thing to do. Why would anyone want their retirement funds to be managed by a institution that is woke and hires by diversity instead of investment skills? Also, why waste money on keeping useless people on payroll?

The stupid thing is it's not even a matter of "going after" them, moreso "how bout not skirting over and turning a blind eye to clownery". If any form of leadership were to just plainly put out and say the factual observations of what is going on instead of hinting and beating around the bush at such matters timidly while also taking part in clownery things would be vastly different.
