Boom Kelowna bridge blocked by Van Bomber

The Kelowna bridge has been blocked since 3am today due to a biker gang member rigging his van with EXPLOSIVES. The local RCMP detachment doesn't have a bomb squad, so they have to wait for one to arrive from Vancouver.

Update, the Van has been cleared. The bridge is now open.

Kelowna infrastructure is absolutely terrible. It's a one road town. If the only bridge gets blocked. Everyone is screwed.

The population keeps growing, more houses are being built, but the infrastructure is not being updated. It's ridiculous.
