"Occupation / Occupy" (50 occasions it was used)

• crown says it is restrained in seeking only 10 years
• 10 years not max, convicted of 5 offences, 2 offenses maximum 10... 26 maximum if crown sought consecutive sentence
• what crown seeking is restrained but significant. Have calculated 14 years but reduced to 10... your honour has unfortunate or fortunate task of sentencing... in context of national emergency... [implore?] court on imposing sentence on a unprecedented case and which will set precedent for other cases including others who might think the way to go bully the bullies to use borrowed words democratically elected officials
• if your honour does not engage with crown... i know youre listening to us (dont minimize what accused did major demonstration that caused major harm to people especially to centretown... but think im having trouble being persuaded by your position this highest end of culpability that attracts max sentence... may have to agree to disagree)
• [the crown is crashing and burning. The crown's presentation is an attack on our fundamental rights and freedoms in Canada, I feel. They're trying to bring in things King wasn't convicted of, let alone charged with]

of course the crown is

they brought up Charlottes Ville and compared the Convoy to this event. They are trying to say he waged attacks on minorities. The crown is insane

Judge is not responding the way they want so far from what i can tell
