Here's a thought: perhaps we should fire people who are carrying a serious and communicable disease like HIV from their jobs, and force them to carry some kind of "digital passport" so that they are automatically denied entry to restaurants, public venues, transportation etc.

Just kidding! In clown Canada, those things were reserved for people who weren't even fucking sick... doing them to the HIV positive, by contrast, would be "discrimination".
