I'm not sure what's happening here, but I like the music.

It would be awesome as an instrumental or synthwave style.

So, a band called FEX sent a demo tape of this song to a radio station in northern Germany. They played it on air once, and discarded the tape without recording either the song, or who it was. This was back in 1984. Surfaced on the internet in 2007, with origins unknown until recently.
