i was telling my wife about this and she thought i was making stuff up and said that this makes no sense. why would pedophiles be allowed to have their jobs and or work with kids she said.

One of these Pedophiles moved to Kelowna in 2020. He molested a 7 year old boy in Grande Prairie AB.

He was one of the top doctors in AHS, then moved to Kelowna. Became the Head Doctor for Interior Health.

UPDATE: Albert de Villiers was charged in a separate case of one count each of voyeurism, sexual touching and making sexually explicit materials available to a child. These charges were withdrawn on Sept. 13, 2023, and a peace bond was issued. A spokesperson for Alberta's Crown Prosecution Service said this was the "only available and appropriate resolution" due to challenges with the case.

Dr. Albert de Villiers was found guilty of sexual interference. A sexual assault charge was stayed.

They dropped most of his charges including sexual assault. This piece of shit pedophile was only sentenced to 5.5 years. He molested the kid 10 times over 2 years.

Typical Canadian Justice system bullshit.
