Hmmm looks like Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary... this shit was knowingly executed and we know by who mid tier on up to the very top... folks were warned but they wanted not to believe and hoped it wouldn't be only to have now to deal with bitter realities that will be more difficult to clean up... but we will clean it up!
