Investigators from the Special Victims Unit have charged a 32-year-old male in connection with a sexual assault investigation.
In September 2024, the suspect male was working as an instructor at a religious school in the city of Mississauga. While working at the school, it is alleged that he sexually assaulted two children.
On Tuesday, October 10, 2024, Ahmed Alhajahmed was charged with:
• Sexual assault x2
• Sexual Interference x2
He was held pending a bail hearing and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton at a later date.
Police are appealing for any additional witnesses. Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact investigators
