Posting Meme's on the Telegram channel?

How do you get approved to post on the unofficial Telegram FCW channel? I'm in the channel but there's no option to share anything?

Only admins can post to that one, would get flooded otherwise.

If they see your memes and like them, they'll probably re-post there.
