Increase the 10000 character limit to at least double

Not sure if there's a technical reason why there's a 10000 character limit but I had to split one post into three posts when I quoted text from an article

Mods have been made aware.

There is a way to increase the character limit fairly easily, but there are some concerns it may also impact some other known instability issue some other users are having.

Staff is looking into the issue, may increase the character limit cap if it's feasible.
