@Manipepe My understanding, it has Postal codes, names and emails. The first two should be enough, if not innocuous contact through email as last resort.

I'm half expecting to get contacted by other locals who have the same idea. Verification should be easy since they should be on the list too, otherwise "sorry that's not me".
